3. Accounts & Registration

4. Subscription & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription (Pro or Lifetime)
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated, and include applicable GST
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues; no refunds for change of mind after 7 days

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
